Medspa Consulting Solutions was founded by Margarita Aballini, a medical aesthetics professional with over a decade of experience turning ideas into thriving businesses. Starting her career in 2012 as a medical aesthetician, Margarita quickly advanced to trainer and clinic director, where she successfully managed multiple clinics at once.
By 2019, she became a Business Development Manager, overseeing the launch and growth of up to 15 medspa franchises simultaneously. Her responsibilities included not only developing efficient systems and training teams but also selling and guiding franchise owners toward profitable operations.
Having witnessed firsthand the challenges medspa owners face - whether struggling to attract the right clients, improve sales, or scale beyond a single location—Margarita founded Medspa Consulting Solutions in 2024 to provide clear, psychology-backed strategies and complete systems that are both realistic and easy to follow.
Today, she helps both aspiring entrepreneurs and established medspa owners transform their clinics into businesses that attract quality clients, run smoothly, and grow with confidence.
